What is the Difference Between a Candle and a Wax Melt? Wax melts are known for their strong and renowned scent that can fill a room with your favorite fragrance. The reason melts give off such a strong scent is that the wax doesn’t come into contact with the flame.
In contrast candle wax is in direct contact with the flame, which burns of much of the scent in the wax.

How Long does each snap bar last? Each wax melt snap bar should last up to 50 hours burn time.
How long should I burn the wax for? We recommend burning the wax for no longer than 3 hours at a time. Once the wax has cooled it can be burned again for another additional 3 hours.
